Terms and Conditions of Sale
Any user who enters and makes use of the services of this e-shop or places an order by telephone to the telephone number at 6974064961 και ώρες 09:00 έως 16:00, κατά τις ημέρες Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή, θεωρείται ότι συναινεί και αποδέχεται ανεπιφύλακτα τους όρους που εδώ διατυπώνονται. Product Order / Sales Contract
Placing an order through the e-shop or by telephone constitutes a distance selling contract, regulated, inter alia, by Law 2251/1994 on "Consumer Protection", as amended and in force today, and by the relevant Greek and European legislation.
It is possible to place a valid order through the e-shop or by telephone if the provisions of Greek law regarding legal capacity are met, for natural or legal persons. Thus, orders can also be placed by representatives of legal entities, while the Inik reserves the right to to claim from the legally responsible persons the price of any orders placed by legally incompetent persons.
In order to place an online order, the customer has the opportunity to register on the website of Inik, entering the required data for the verification of his/her identity [full name, e-mail address, contact telephone number, Username and Personal Security Code (Password)]. non-registered member, i.e. as a Guest Client.
Orders for the shipment of products, against payment to the Inik of the corresponding price indicated on this website, are given online in writing by the customer by filling in and sending the relevant Order Form available on this website (www.inik.gr) and shall be binding only if accepted by the Inik, after notification of the order status received by the customer with the Order Confirmation, which is recorded in the systems of Inik, appears on the screen of the customer-user and is sent by e-mail, following the submission of the order.
In order to register your telephone order, with payment by cash on delivery, you will be asked to provide the following information by telephone, which is recorded by the system of Inik: The code and full description/quantity of the product(s) you wish to purchase, as well as the following personal details: name, mobile phone number, delivery address and e-mail address, the latter if you have one.
The indicated retail prices of the various products shown on the pages of the website include the statutory VAT.
The various product offers are valid until stocks are exhausted or until they expire.
Order confirmation
Before completing the registration of your online order, please make sure that you have correctly entered all the required information. Once you have entered the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail detailing all the details of your order. Please note the order number in case you need to contact us. You have the obligation to check the correctness of the details of the Order Confirmation and inform in writing the Inik (at the latest within 2 hours from the receipt of the aforementioned electronic Order Confirmation notification) for any error, otherwise the data mentioned in the Order Confirmation shall be applied as they are in the Contract.
In cases of telephone orders, the order receives a unique number, with which it is specified, for which the customer is immediately informed by us, upon completion of the order.
Change of order
We cannot modify orders that have already been entered in the system or placed by telephone. However, you can cancel and create a new order at no extra charge within two (2) hours of the order being placed (online or by telephone). In the event that one or more products are not available, you can request a partial shipment. The above change can be made by e-mail at info@inik.gr and, if the order has been placed by telephone, also by telephone, at the order numbers listed above, in which case you will also be informed by telephone of any change costs and the procedure to be followed.
Cancellation of order
You can cancel your order by calling us at 6974064961 or via e-mail at info@inik.gr. Depending on the stage of your order, we will inform you about the options you have. However, if you cancel your order while the products have already been delivered to the carrier, you will be charged the shipping costs (i.e. the costs of sending the products to you and returning them to the company.
Ways of ordering
You can order in four ways
- Order from the website inik.gr . Find the products you are interested in through the search mechanisms or from the various theme pages. Click on the [Add to cart] link next to the product you are interested in and it will be added to your online shopping cart. The proof of purchase of the product is also its warranty, which is valid for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. This applies only in the case of a defective product and is not due to misuse.

Payment methods
- Μπορείτε να πληρώσετε με αντικαταβολή, τα προϊόντα έρχονται μέσω ΕΛΤΑ courier, Box Now κι εσείς πληρώνετε το αντίτιμο την στιγμή της παραλαβής. Υπάρχει χρέωση 5.90€.
- Using a Credit Card. In this case you pay only 3€ for shipping.
- Deposit in a bank account. You can deposit the money for your orders in the company's account. In this case you pay only 3€ for shipping.
After depositing money please contact us by sending an email to let us know that the deposit has been made. It is important not to forget the depositor's name.
Otherwise you can also callto 6974064961. Keep the proof of deposit until the receipt of your order, in case you need it.
ATTENTION: The routing of your order will be done after the notification of the deposit of the money.
Shipping methods
Τα περισσότερα προϊόντα αποστέλλονται σε διάστημα 1-5 εργάσιμων ημερών με ΕΛΤΑ courier ή Box Now. Για αγορές εντός Ελλάδος το κόστος είναι 5€ .Οι παραδόσεις γίνονται εργάσιμες ημέρες μεταξύ 10.00πμ – 17.00μμ.
ATTENTION!: In some remote areas courier delivery is still not possible. In such cases the shipment is made by post. For delivery on a specific day and time the charge is 3€ extra. For Cyprus the shipping cost up to 2 kg is 20,00€ and for each additional kilo 2,50€.
Product returns
Λόγω της φύσης των ηλεκτρονικών αγορών είναι ενδεχόμενο το φαινόμενο να μην καλύπτονται οι προσδοκίες του τελικού αποδέκτη από το προϊόν της επιλογής του, εξαιτίας της έλλειψης της φυσικής επαφής αυτού με το προς αγορά είδος. Συγκεκριμένα, να ληφθεί υπόψη ότι τα χρώματα των προϊόντων μπορεί να διαφέρουν σε κάθε οθόνη υπολογιστή. Άρα, αν ο καταναλωτής – αγοραστής κρίνει ότι το προϊόν δεν έχει το προσδοκώμενο χρώμα, δεν δύναται να θεωρήσει το εν λόγω προϊόν ως ελαττωματικό με την έννοια του άρθρου 6 της Οδηγίας 85/374 , ούτε να υποστηρίξει ότι έλαβε χώρα παραπλανητική διαφήμιση του άρθρου 2 της Οδηγίας 84/450 (όπως αυτές οι διατάξεις περιελήφθησαν στο Νόμο προστασίας καταναλωτή 2251/1994).
Returns policy
Εύκολες επιστροφές: Αν αλλάξετε γνώμη, έχετε τη δυνατότητα ακύρωσης της παραγγελίας εντός 24 ωρών. Αν για οποιοδήποτε λόγο θέλετε να επιστρέψετε τα προϊόντα που αγοράσατε έχετε κάθε δικαίωμα να το κάνετε. Η μόνη σας υποχρέωσή είναι να επιστραφούν τα προϊόντα στην αρχική συσκευασία τους αλλά και στην αρχική τους κατάσταση (αφόρετα) μαζί με την απόδειξη λιανικής πώλησης. Σε κάθε περίπτωση επιστροφής προϊόντος επιβαρύνεστε με τα έξοδα αποστολής και η διαδικασία πρέπει να γίνει μέσω των εταιρειών ταχυμεταφορών που συνεργαζόμαστε (ΕΛΤΑ Courier) και επιπλέον δε φέρουμε καμία ευθύνη για τυχόν απώλεια ή φθορά κατά τη μεταφορά του προϊόντος (κατά τη διαδικασία της επιστροφής). Αλλαγές γίνονται δεκτές εντός 3 εργάσιμων ημερών από την παραλαβή του προϊόντος. Το κατάστημα inik.gr πωλεί μόνο προϊόντα σε άψογη κατάσταση, αν κατ’ εξαίρεση παραλάβετε προϊόν με κάποιο ελάττωμα, τα έξοδα αποστολής επιβαρύνουν εμάς, παρακαλούμε να επικοινωνήστε μαζί μας μέσω email info@inik.gr. Σε κάθε περίπτωση που επιθυμείτε να επιστρέψετε τα προϊόντα που αγοράσατε επειδή δεν είστε ευχαριστημένοι ή δεν σας ικανοποιούν πλήρως, έχετε δικαίωμα να το κάνετε εντός τριών (3) ημερών από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής της παραγγελίας σας. Να σημειωθεί ότι ως πρώτη ημέρα της ανωτέρω προθεσμίας, λογίζεται η επόμενη ημέρα από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής των προϊόντων και η διορία επιστροφής εκπνέει μετά από δύο ημέρες. Για παράδειγμα, αν παραλάβετε τα προϊόντα στις 8/12 και επιθυμείτε την επιστροφή αυτών, είτε κάποια από αυτά, αυτή θα πρέπει να γίνει ως και την 11/12. Οι ημερομηνίες παραλαβής και αποστολής των επιστρεφόμενων προϊόντων, αποδεικνύονται από τις ημερομηνίες που αναγράφονται στα αποδεικτικά παραστατικά (voucher) της εταιρείας ταχυμεταφορών. Η επιστροφή των χρημάτων σας, θα ολοκληρώνεται εντός τριών (3) ημερών από την ημερομηνία παραλαβής των επιστρεφόμενων προϊόντων από το www.inik.gr και εφόσον διαπιστωθεί η μη χρήση αυτών και η μη ύπαρξη οιασδήποτε ζημίας επί αυτών. Σε αυτή τη περίπτωση θα επιβαρυνθείτε μόνο με το κόστος επιστροφής των προϊόντων. Η εταιρία δεν ευθύνεται για ζημίες που ενδεχομένως να προκύψουν στα προϊόντα κατά την διαδικασία επιστροφής τους.
